Renowned Indian-origin entrepreneur Balaji Srinivasan has purchased a private island near Singapore to bring his bold vision of a "Network State" to life — a new-age nation built around technology, decentralization, and shared digital values.
This island is now home to The Network School, a live-in startup bootcamp for techies, founders, and remote workers. Participants engage in 90 days of AI, crypto, fitness, and entrepreneurship, surrounded by fast Wi-Fi, structured routines, and futuristic thinking.
Balaji’s long-term vision? To build a borderless, cloud-based society that starts online, grows through community and crowdfunding, and eventually gains recognition like a real-world nation.
His project marks a major step in reimagining governance, society, and the future of how we live and work.
