In a powerful step toward inclusive economic development, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal launched ‘The Bharat Project’, a bold initiative aimed at empowering 1 million entrepreneurs from Tier 2, Tier 3 cities, and rural India. This project marks a significant stride in democratizing entrepreneurship, taking innovation and opportunity beyond the urban centers and into the heart of real Bharat.
🚀 What Is ‘The Bharat Project’?
At its core, The Bharat Project is a nation-building movement designed to nurture grassroots entrepreneurship. It brings together government support, private stakeholders, and digital infrastructure to:

Identify and support aspiring entrepreneurs in smaller towns and villages

Provide access to mentorship, training programs, and funding opportunities
